Our equipment department is available to make assessments of costs and profit potential in areas such as smart repairs, trim repair, glass repair, air conditioning decommissioning and reconditioning and any other areas that may currently be undertaken by outside contractors. This also reduces the number of supplier invoices and ensures the timing of these repairs fits in with your workshop rather that being at the mercy of out side firms. Advice on equipment needs, start up costs and return on investment time is given and full training on the equipment and processes is available. Vecta Management Reports
Vecta is a leading e-business software solution providing in depth information on our customers purchases. The reports, which can be e-mailed, are tailored to meet individual customer requirements, i.e. monthly or quarterly, total expenditure or in more detail where needed. The information allows expenditure to be appropriately categorised, ensurimg that when calculating paint and dry goods profitability only the relevant items are included in the equation. Additionally inappropriate expenditure can be identified, for example where an excess of purchasing in a particular group of products might be identified. |

Highly Trained Personnel
The Morelli Group have the largest and one of the most highly respected Technical Teams supporting our Total Supply Solution they are an integral part of our overall supply package and are trained in the products and processes for all our supplier partners ranges. In addition to the technical support given by the Morelli Technical teams, we can provide detailed assessments, covering all aspects of the repair process. These audits are conducted by the Morelli Technical Process Consultant, and from these, ongoing recommendations and subsequent training programmes are written for customers that form the basis of a structured plan to impact on the efficiencies, throughput and bottom line profit of the bodyshop. |

H & S. EPA Advice
Morelli Group Ltd have available to customers a full range of support packages designed to ensure uniform cover for all Duty of Care requirements. We can carry out a full audit of all the environmental services currently used by customers and provide a bespoke Total Supply Solution for all current C.O.S.H.H./EPA and Health & Safety legislation and waste removal. The charge for these services depends on the type of package an individual customer requires. We outsource some services to external specialists if necessary but all invoicing is done via Morelli, thus eliminating additional supplier invoices. |
