Nationwide Technical Team
Our Technical Support Representatives can provide detailed assessments, covering all aspects of the repair process. These audits are conducted by the Morelli TSRs with ongoing recommendations. Subsequently training programmes are written for customers that form the basis of a structured plan to impact on the efficiencies, throughput and bottom line profit of the bodyshop.
Structured training programmes are introduced in conjunction with the paint manufacturer and major dry goods suppliers. Individually written product profiles are tailored to meet the customer’s needs and the TSR acts in a supplier co-ordination role, overseeing the training programmes.
Whatever the need the Morelli Group ATA qualified technicians are equipped with the latest spray equipment from our supplier partners to instruct and work with our customers staff to ensure they are performing to the highest level of competence.
