Morelli Group continues to help protect the future of our industry with close relationships with further education. Particularly it’s partnerships with local colleges like Southgate.

Morelli have ensured that the working practices the students undertake are relevant to the trade today. Organising regular demonstrations through their links with major manufacturers like 3M, Sata, Spanesi e.t.c. the latest products and technologies are available to students and lecturers alike.

A Glasurit waterbased mixing system accompanied with smart scale, and colour profi are on site to ensure the environment while learning is as close to the real thing as possible, and additional training and problem solving is provided regularly by Morelli technicians.

Morelli are proud of their connections with Southgate College, and actively encourage apprenticeships and work placements during and at completion of the courses. They recognise without more well trained individuals joining our trade, the recruitment issue we face is not going to improve.
