Morelli Sales Teams
Morelli Group has the largest sales team in refinish distribution and recognise the need to provide strong account maintenance. Our Business Development Managers, Sales Representatives and Merchandisers are dedicated to customer support and to ensuring that the promises made are delivered upon.
All Morelli Group sales team and technical team members use a state-of-the-art text based reporting system which records customer visits and the activities undertaken during those calls. These are transmitted via SMS to a central on-line server and the records are available in real-time for their sales managers and other interested parties to see their activity logs and allows accurate customer feedback in the fastest possible timeframe.
Customers also have access to this information during review meetings as the Business Development Managers will feedback on the number of sales and technical visits made to the sites. This is particularly relevant to group bodyshop and network managers as it allows them to view at a glance the number of visits made to each of their locations and to see the activities undertaken at each site.

Management Control Systems
Morelli Group prides itself on it's efficient management of customer stocks alongside the provision of impress stocks and has invested heavily in IT platforms to support, areas covered include:
Stock Appraisal: - An initial bodyshop survey will be carried out of existing stocks to determine value and possible areas of overstocks.
Purchase Assessment: - A comparison of 3 months of previous purchase invoices is carried out to determine actual usage and to set meaningful stock levels. This also establishes any special product requirements.
Imprest Stock: - It is a condition of installation of an agreed imprest stock that the stock management is carried out by a Morelli Stock Merchandiser to manage the re-order process as below.
Computerised Stock Management: - All Morelli Group merchandisers now use tablet PCs to take their weekly orders and to manage customer stocks. These PCs are wireless linked and automatically transmit the orders to our mainframe, e-mailing any out of stocks immediately to the customer. With an across the board order fulfilment of 97%, backorders are minimal. Stock levels are automatically updated on the PC and high usage is flagged for the merchandiser to discuss with the bodyshop manager.
It is also possible to limit certain products from being supplied, or to supply only a pre-agreed number of products, which is particularly useful in a network of bodyshops where a "shopping basket" of products has been agreed across the group.

Morelli Group can offer a Total Supply Solution for all major equipment servicing, maintenance and repairs. This gives our customers a uniform and consistent maintenance schedule ensuring vital equipment is well maintained, and repaired quickly if breakdowns occur. The service levels our agents provide are of the highest level and our pricing policy is competitive and uniform where multiple sites occur throughout the country. Quotations for all or a combination of these services are available through our Equipment Department, and this can even provide weekend servicing and maintenance if required to reduce disruption.

Morelli Customer Portals
Morelli Group customers have access through their secure password to fully manage their account on-line through their own portal on the Morelli Website. Accounts can be managed on-line, with the customers able to reprint invoices and credits and see their real-time account information.
All documents relating to the customer account can now be stored on this portal such as review documents, training documents, Vecta reports on spend breakdowns, etc.
