A new super-branch in Godstone, Surrey will see the strategic realignment of the Group’s business in
Kent and South London. Its Maidstone branch will close at the end of the first quarter and the customers will be serviced from a state-of-the-art business centre just off the M25. The branch will cover Kent, Surrey and Sussex, reaching down to its current business base on the South Coast
Bodmin, Cornwall

A new branch in Bodmin, Cornwall will establish a new region for the Morelli Group. The appointment of
Director for Business South West, Clive Whitehurst, who joins the Group in January 2007, will enhance their already strong sales team in this region. Clive has a wealth of experience in the area and Morelli are
confident that his enthusiasm and knowledge of the business will prove to be a recipe for success.

Trafford Park, Manchester

Trafford Park is the location of the Group’s exciting third expansion due for 2007. The purpose built superbranch
is perfectly placed to cover Manchester and the North West, further strengthening Morelli’s growing business in this region, and is on target to open during the second quarter.
